If you like someone's content, tell them Business Apr 8 Written By Alice Benham I don't know about you but in the last few weeks I've felt more comparison and imposter syndrome than ever before. It's been a bit crippling at times. And aside from the obvious ice cream and wine, what's really got me through is kind words from others. WhatsApp's from clients. New podcast reviews. Encouragement from friends. You get the gist. You see, when everything feels like it's going to sh*t our human instinct is to search for evidence that it's not. But when the numbers are down (*cough* the algorithm is awful again *cough*) and everything's gone a bit quiet, that can do more harm than good. Which is where kind words come into play. They remind us that we're still making a difference. They connect us back to what really matters. And they fuel us, in an unexplainable but oh so needed way.
