Let's normalise slow growth

Last night I was feeling a bit down about my business - wishing things would grow faster, comparing myself to others and wondering why I wasn’t 10 steps ahead already.

The truth is - running a business isn’t easy. And it’s not made any easier with the perpetuation of overnight growth and instant success.

Now I’m not saying quick growth isn’t possible. Absolutely it is. But when you’re building something truly impactful, sustainable and value driven - it’s likely going to take a bit of time and a lot of action.

So here’s some truth about my growth. Yours will look different I’m sure of it - but I hope this reminds you (because it for sure reminds me!) that slow growth is OK.

In fact it’s better than OK. Keep at it👏🏻
