Level up your client experience
I know August can sometimes be a quiet one so each week this month I’ll be sharing some (pre-created!) content to help you level up a certain element of your business or online presence.
Starting with - client experience. When you’re a service based business word of mouth is GOLD. It’s easily the biggest thing that gets you clients yet it often feels out of your control.
But is it really? Because whilst a referral isn’t something you can force, it’s 10x more likely to happen if you deliver a 10/10 experience.
This is definitely something I’ve learnt to value over the years so swipe through for a roundup of all the ways I aim to create a memorable (and referral worthy!) client experience.
