In celebration of International Women's Day I sat down with the inspiring Lu. She’s the founder of Blooming Founders, a network which exists to support and empower female entrepreneurs. More recently, Lu has launched Blooms London, a female focused co-working space in the heart of London (with a creche and free biscuits!).

I chose Lu for this episode because herself and her work totally embodies the heart of International Women's Day, which this year is to ‘Press for Progress’. Whether you’re a woman or not, this is an episode you want to tune in for!

She talked more about her story into business, the common barriers she sees female entrepreneurs facing and the part we can play to press for progress in the workplace. It’s a good one!
