Show me your friends and I'll show you your business
It takes an army to build a business and post launch I’m feeling so grateful for mine.
The last few weeks have been some of the most challenging yet (have I mentioned?😉) and I seriously couldn’t have done it without my people.
✖️ @itschloeslade called me daily to keep my mindset in check.
✖️ @jessicadoeslife took on video work and helped me celebrate the end.
✖️ @vixmeldrew took over @30dayreelsthing to take work off my plate.
✖️ @storiesbychloe never failed to be there with the encouragement.
✖️ @pollyvdsz forgave me when I was late on deadlines with our project.
✖️Home friends distracted me with Chinese and G&T’s (you know who you are).
✖️Mum was her usual 10/10 self.
And so many others, in their own way, played their part.
It’s easy to credit a business to the person at the top but let’s never forget the teams, friends and family who play their part. It’s also easy to be prideful about doing it solo and not relying on others.
But 4.5 years and an isolation induced burnout later, I’m HERE for needing my people. I’m so so grateful for how they’ve stepped up and I’d V much encourage you to find yours.
