What's your genius?

WHAT'S YOUR GENIUS?! One of the prompts I got everyone to work through during week #1 of the six week thing was - what sets you apart from those offering something similar to you? And at no surprise to me, it was the question most people found challenging to answer. Why? Because 9/10 the biggest thing that sets our business apart is US. And acknowledging that can flag up all kinds of feelings. But let me remind you of a couple things. One of the biggest reasons people choose your offering is because it's from YOU. Your approach. Your story. Your values. Your expertise. It's what MAKES your business. I'm a big believer the more we can acknowledge, gather evidence for and begin to believe our genius, the more successful our businesses are. SO on Mondays LIVE I made everyone get super uncomfortable and SHARE THEIR GENIUS. No disclaimers, squeaky voices or 'quotation marks' allowed, just the statement of I AM ______. And I want to do the same here. Not because I believe imposter syndrome or self doubt will be fixed in an instagram post. But because there's something powerful about putting a stake in the ground and claiming your genius. SO, despite the feelings it flags up, tell me - what's your genius?
