You Find Your Voice By Using It.

It’s easy to look at those who we perceive to have a clear voice, strong message and engaged audience and assume it’s an overnight thing. I know I did. I thought I was missing something.

But let me tell you how it is - YOUR VOICE IS NEVER GOING TO BE FOUND BY THINKING ABOUT IT.

Sure, experts and workshops and worksheets will help but truly FINDING your voice? That takes USING IT. And it’s not a one time thing.

It’s the daily practice of uncomfortable action. The willingness to get it wrong. And then the open-ness to learn from that.

Don’t believe me? Still think there’s a secret? Swipe to see and hear my voice back in 2017 and 2018. Pretty different to now huh? The early days were awkward and uncomfortable but I wouldn’t be where I am now, with a voice that is continually evolving but so much clearer, if it weren’t for that action.

So the question isn’t do you have a voice. The question is - what are you willing to risk in order to find it?
