*HIRING* Join the team – Admin Support



For the past two years, I’ve been building my business solo, establishing myself as a digital marketing coach, retreat host and podcast host within the UK small business world – I’ve loved it! But with a full schedule and more ideas than I have time for, now feels like the right time to bring someone onboard to support the business and ultimately, release me to increase my client work and pursue more big picture projects. 

This person will play a key role in keeping current and new projects on track, providing administrative support to each element of my growing business.

The role would begin with 2 months of 1-2 days a week on a freelance basis, with the potential to grow into a permanent 3-4 day a week position. Pay will be hourly, between £15 to £20, depending on experience.


Whilst the role will develop and grow as the business does, the core areas of support would be within:

ADMIN: inbox support, Xero admin

PODCAST: editing, guest communication, transcription

RETREAT: general admin, guest communication, launch support, brand outreach

COACHING: client on-boarding

*NEW PROJECT*: customer support (email), graphic design

Whilst specific experience is desirable, I’d rather hire character than skill. If some of the above tasks are new to you but resonate with my approach to business and feel like a good fit for the role as a whole, please don’t let this put you off from applying.


As a strategic thinker with big ambitions for the business, I’m looking for a self starter who is pro-active, confident in working to deadlines, organised with a high attention to detail and not afraid to think outside of the box and take risks. 

I’d be trusting you with a number of projects, so ensuring you resonate with my approach to business and hold the same values as me is imperative – I approach everything I do with hard work, high standards and above all kindness, and would expect you to do the same.

Previous experience in a content creation or administrative role is essential and an understanding of the UK small business industry is desirable.

Desirable experience:

  • Podcast editing / producing
  • Graphic design
  • Photography
  • Premier Pro / Photoshop (Adobe)
  • Dubsado / Asana

Whilst the role is remote, regular access to London may be required.
