Give yourself persmission

Can I just share something that's on my heart for a moment? It's a bloody noisy time of year. When everyone (myself likely included) is banging on about ending the year strong, thinking big picture and levelling things up, it's hard to cut through the noise. But I want you to do just that. And I want you to give yourself the permission you need. Permission to take risks. Permission to grow slow. Permission to get things wrong. Permission to lean in. Permission to step back. And ultimately, permission to do things your way. Nobody can build your business better than you. And nobody knows your business better than you. So stop waiting for a permission that only you can give. PS - I'm 100% speaking these words over myself in advance of Monday's launch.
