Self care is a priority - even during launch

I refuse to run this business at the expense of my wellbeing and because of that I’m ending launch a week early this Friday at 8pm.

This launch has been a JOY - 70+ people signed up, £20K revenue and a programme I can’t WAIT to host. But it’s also been a lot.

Levelling up always comes with growing pains and with a lot of other big moves coming together I’m feeling a little worn out.

Could I keep pushing for another week and make some extra ££? Sure. But is that worth what I’d be sacrificing for myself and my impact as a coach / leader? Absolutely not.

One of my annual intentions was to end 2020 with a more intuitive business and 9 months in I think I’m understanding what that looks like. It looks like seeing this as growth not failure. And it looks like closing doors this Friday at 8pm.
